Duhok Polytechnic University and the University of Zakho Distribute Certificates for University Media Training Course

Under the supervision of the presidencies of Duhok Polytechnic University and the University of Zakho, and in the presence of the Vice Presidents of both universities for Scientific Affairs and Higher Postgraduate studies , the Consultancy Center of Duhok Polytechnic University distributed certificates of participation to 14 academic and administrative staff members from the University of Zakho following the successful completion of a three-day theoretical and practical training course entitled
“University Media Content Production Project.”
The course was organized by the Consultancy Center of Duhok Polytechnic University with the aim of advancing the standards of academic media at both institutions.
An official delegation from Duhok Polytechnic University, headed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Yeman Sami Sharif, Vice President for Scientific Affairs and Higher Postgraduate Studies, and accompanied by Mr. Mohsen Hassan, Director of the Consultancy Center, together with the course instructors, visited the University of Zakho, where certificates of participation were formally presented to all 14 participants.
On the other hand, Asst. Prof. Dr. Jasim Mohammed Abdo, Vice President of the University of Zakho for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate studies, in recognition of the dedication and efforts of the training team, presented letters of appreciation and certificates of recognition to the course instructors—Dr. Rawan Subhi, Mr. Sarkaft Rashid, Mr. Ubaid Subhi, Mr. Rasti Khalil, and Mr. Karker Khalil—and highly commended their role in developing the capacities of the University of Zakho staff.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Vice Presidents of both universities reaffirmed the importance of sustaining coordination and joint cooperation to enhance academic and scientific standards across the region’s universities. They also emphasized that such training courses represent an important and effective step toward modernizing and advancing university media practices in accordance with academic standards.
