Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ari Adel, President of Duhok Polytechnic University, and in the presence of Prof. Dr. Muayad Barkat, Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, on 25/1/2026 at 4:00 PM, the opening ceremony of the eleventh and twelfth rounds of the Pedagogical Course was held, with the participation of 60 holders of Master’s and PhD degrees, in the Seminar Hall of the University Presidency.

At the beginning, the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs delivered a speech to the course participants, during which he expressed his appreciation to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and highlighted the significant role of the Ministry. Subsequently, the Director of the Pedagogical Center, Instructor Hanan Abdulrahman Taher, explained the course management approach, duties, and guidelines to the participants.
