About the Department

The Building Construction Technology Department was established in the 2002–2003 academic year as a leading department in construction technology at Duhok Technical Institute. This two-year program aims to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills needed to pursue careers in construction, including design, building, and project management. Upon completion, graduates earn a technical diploma, qualifying them to work in various governmental and private sector organizations.
