Objectives

  1. Analyze complex computing problems and apply principles of computing and other relevant disciplines to identify solutions.
  2. Design, implement, and evaluate a computing-based solution to meet a given set of computing requirements in the context of the Program’s discipline.
  3. Communicate effectively in a variety of professional contexts.
  4. Recognize professional responsibilities and make informed judgments in computing practice based on legal and ethical principles.
  5. Function effectively as a member or leader of a team engaged in activities appropriate to the program’s discipline.
  6. Use systemic approaches to select, develop, apply, integrate, and administer secure computing technologies to accomplish user goals.
  7. Apply Artificial Intelligence principles and techniques for problem solving and decision making.

Job Description for Artificial Intelligence Department Graduate

To graduate students who are well-qualified to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

  1. Develop and design artificial intelligence algorithms, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  2. Analyze large-scale datasets to extract patterns and insights that support informed decision-making.
  3. Build and train intelligent models using tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and other relevant platforms.
  4. Develop computer vision applications, including systems for image, face, and object recognition.
  5. Program robots and autonomous systems to make real-time decisions using artificial intelligence techniques.
  6. Ensure the quality of intelligent models through performance evaluation and continuous improvement.
  7. Conduct applied and experimental research to develop intelligent solutions for real-world problems in industry and society.
  8. Uphold artificial intelligence ethics and ensure its safe and responsible use.
