A joint meeting was held with AMEDEST


To gather ideas, opinions, and information, an academic meeting was held on 10/6/2023 between the Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education, the staff of Duhok Technical University, the University of Duhok, and the AMIDEAST organization.

In this meeting, several important topics were discussed by Ms. Quincy Dermody, Program Director at AMIDEAST in Egypt, Dr. Sabah Weis, Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Dlovan Berwari, Head of Academic Affairs and Strategic Initiatives at the Kurdistan Regional Government Office in the United States, as well as the staff of Duhok Polyechnic University and the University of Duhok. Further steps are expected to be taken in the coming days to improve this joint project.
