Students' Feedback

Students' Feedback (SF)

Students' Feedback is an essential part of the QA process, especially when we aim to improve our practices and achieve high-quality standards in teaching methodology. Students provide insights into classroom teaching and how it could be enhanced, and no one observes us more closely than they do.

This process is paper-based and encompasses everything regarding the teacher’s performance and presence inside the class, utilizing a specific SF evaluation form distributed to students on a designated day at all stages from First to Fourth in colleges, or First and Second in institutions.

The process is conducted twice a year, based on the number of semesters/courses at the end of each semester/course. The QA Units Coordinators, with assistance from the Heads of the Scientific Departments, distribute the SF evaluation forms. Completed forms are collected by the coordinator or their assistant from the QA Unit. At the end of the analysis of the collected data points, the final SF score for each teacher is determined.

The scores of the student feedback are confidential, and teaching staff are allowed to access or request their scores only for official scientific and academic purposes. The highest score for SF is (A+), equivalent to (4.5-5.0) out of (5.0) points. Distinguished academics are officially listed and rewarded by the President of the University.
