Dormitories
About Us
The Directorate of Student Dormitories plays a vital role in providing safe, comfortable, and well-organized housing services for university students. It aims to create a suitable living environment that supports students’ academic success, personal growth, and social engagement during their study period.
Accommodation Services
The directorate manages several dormitory buildings for both male and female students. Each dormitory is equipped with furnished rooms, shared study areas, internet access, and common facilities such as kitchens and laundry rooms. The accommodation is designed to offer students a convenient and affordable place to live close to the university campus.
Maintenance and Support Services
To ensure the comfort of residents, the Directorate provides continuous maintenance and technical support. Regular inspections are conducted to keep the facilities clean, safe, and functional. Students can report maintenance issues through the dormitory office, and technical staff respond promptly to solve them.
Security and Safety
The safety of students is one of the top priorities of the Directorate. Security guards are available 24 hours a day, and surveillance systems are installed in common areas. In addition, emergency and health services are coordinated with the public health center to handle urgent cases.
Cleanliness and Environment
The Directorate ensures a clean and healthy living environment through regular cleaning schedules and waste management systems. Students are also encouraged to maintain the cleanliness of their rooms and shared spaces as part of the community responsibility.
Admission and Registration Procedures
Students who wish to reside in the dormitories must submit an accommodation application to the Directorate. The allocation of rooms depends on specific criteria such as distance from home, academic level, and availability of space. Upon approval, students are required to follow the dormitory regulations and respect the internal rules.
Student Activities and Community Life
The Directorate encourages students to participate in cultural, social, and recreational activities within the dormitory. These activities aim to strengthen relationships among students and promote teamwork, respect, and mutual understanding.

To be a leading university housing directorate that provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive living environment, fostering academic excellence, personal development, and community engagement among students.
