Mission

The mission of the Directorate encompasses all aspects concerning university employees, including teaching staff, resignations, retirements, vacations, promotions, and allowances. The department aims to develop and utilize the most effective modern methods for disseminating information related to university employees to facilitate transactions and processes.

Objectives

  1. Enhancing the quality of Human Resources management at the University to realize the university's vision.
  2. Providing and fortifying an environment conducive to enhancing the effectiveness of university human resources across educational and administrative bodies at various levels, including the university presidency, colleges, technical institutes, administrative units, and medical facilities.
  3. Delivering high-quality services in personnel affairs, rights, and duties.
  4. Cultivating a sense of loyalty and belonging among university staff at all career levels, fostering teamwork, and providing comprehensive social welfare services. Additionally, the Directorate supports communication lines across all organizational levels.
