Industry Advisory Board Meeting


On Wednesday, July 3, 2024, (Prof. Dr. Aree Adel)-President of Duhok Polytechnic University received Prof. Amanj Abdullah, Advisor to the Ministry of Higher Education, Prof. Sabah Weiss, Advisor to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Prof. Khattab Ahmad Mustafa, Director of Planning at the office of the Ministry of Higher Education. However, they discussed the Industry Advisory Board of Universities in Bahdinan Region.

On the other hand, representatives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research held a meeting with representatives of universities in Bahdinan region in the council hall of Duhok Polytechnic University. Moreover, advisor to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Prof. Khattab Ahmad Mustafa, Director of Planning in the Ministry of Higher Education in a seminar, insisted that " to better prepare the graduates of Bahdinan universities for the labor market in the Kurdistan Region in general and Bahdinan region in particular".

At the end of the meeting, the views and proposals of the Industry Advisory Board were presented by the participants and discussions were held on several important topics of labor market development and exchange of academic information between the representatives of the Ministry and representatives of universities.
