Duhok Polytechnic University Ranks Second in Kurdistan and Twelfth in Iraq

According to the official Scimago Institutions Rankings (SIR), Duhok Polytechnic University has made significant academic and scientific progress. It ranks second among public universities in the Kurdistan Region, third among all universities (both public and private) in the Kurdistan Region, and twelfth among all universities in Iraq.

The Scimago Institutions Rankings (SIR) evaluate academic and research institutions based on specific indicators grouped into three main categories:

These criteria ensure a comprehensive assessment of universities and research institutions worldwide.

Notably, Duhok Polytechnic University maintains its position as the second-highest-ranked public university in the Kurdistan Region, third among all universities in Kurdistan (both public and private), and twelfth among all universities in Iraq.
