The 3rd International Conference on Natural, Social and Human Sciences (ICNSHS2025) was held under the patronage of the President of Duhok Polytechnic University (DPU) and with the support of vice presidents, deans of technical colleges and institutes, collaborators, and academic staff from educational centers across the Kurdistan Region, Iraq, and Arab countries. The event took place on Thursday, 17/07/2025, at the Technical Administrative College and Institute of Duhok.

During the event, Professor Dr. Ali Abboudi, Director of the Democratic Arab Center, delivered a speech expressing his gratitude to Duhok Polytechnic University, Middle Technical University, University of Sulaimani, University of Tikrit, and the Sunni Endowment for their cooperation in organizing this international scientific, social, and humanitarian conference.

The 3rd conference carried the theme:
“Artificial Intelligence, Quality of Education, and Practical Foundations in Scientific Research”
and the slogan:
“Scientific, Social, and Humanitarian Sciences: Contemporary Issues and Future Prospects.”

The event featured participation from a diverse group of researchers and specialists representing various government and private institutions across Iraq and Arab countries, under the supervision of:

• Prof. Dr. Aree Adel – President of Duhok Polytechnic University
• Prof. Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi – President of Middle Euphrates Technical University
• Prof. Dr. Kosar Mohammed Ali Murad – President of University of Sulaimani
• Prof. Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf – President of University of Tikrit
• Prof. Dr. Ammar Al-Shar’an – President of the Democratic Arab Center

The conference was coordinated by Dr. Ahmed Majid, professor and Director of the Center for Consultancy and Capacity Building in Erbil, Head of the Advisory Board in the Iraqi Council of Ministers, and Head of the Sunni Endowment. The event concluded successfully at the Technical College and Institute of Administration in Duhok.
