The 1st Day of the 7th Iraqi-German Workshop on Nanophotonics

The first day of the 7th Iraqi-German Workshop on Nanophotonics was held on December 3, 2025.

The event was organized under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Diyar Ahmed Saib, the Acting Director General of the Scientific Research Center, and in cooperation with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

Key Attendees and Participants:

• Prof. Dr. Ari Adel, President of Duhok Polytechnic University.
• 5 German keynote speakers.
• 30 speakers representing various universities across Iraqi governorates and the Kurdistan Region.
• A number of college deans and researchers.
